2019 - Current

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
TEXAS RANGERS BASEBALL CLUB | ARLINGTON

Lead the creative efforts and annual campaigns of the Texas Rangers marketing group and manage our in-house team of designers and content creator. My role also includes working with our internal clients (e.g. partnerships, ticketing, Foundation) to create strategic concepts and promotional opportunities, including some with our brand sponsors. I also worked with our agency partner to tell the story and history of the team on the fresh walls of our brand new ballpark, Globe Life Field.

2007 - 2019

GROUP CONCEPT DIRECTOR
THE MARKETING ARM | DALLAS

Created integrated and award-winning promotional campaigns, experiences, and content to drive fan engagement and brand affinity around sports sponsorships for clients like AT&T/DIRECTV (Dallas Cowboys, AT&T Stadium, NCAA Football, Team USA, New York Yankees, NFL), Goodyear (Cleveland Cavs, NCAA Football, NASCAR), and American Airlines (Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars). 
Also, directed and developed promotional and branding work for clients like CFB150, AT&T, American Airlines, Hilton, Nintendo, and Turtle Bay Resort. Mentored creatives on our team. Initiated and led agency educational initiatives on Trends, Curiosity, and The Art of Questioning

Concepted and created digital and direct marketing campaigns for clients such as American Airlines and Capital One.

Led creative teams to create digital campaigns, content and brand identity for clients such as American Airlines, AstraZeneca, ExxonMobil, FritoLay, Hershey’s, Hilton, JCPenney, Midway, PepsiCo, Pizza Hut, Sabre, Samsung, and Starbucks. Led Grand Prize-winning spec work for NYTimes Ad Innovation Award.

Created direct marketing campaigns, content, and ads for clients such as JCPenney, American Airlines, and Paris Las Vegas. Lead digital writer for aa.com.
